Our law firm's U.S. Immigration and Visa practice is limited to family based U.S. immigration and visa cases with Beneficiaries in SE Asia.

It does not matter where in the U.S. or the world you, as the sponsoring U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, reside. We represent U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents throughout the US and the world. However, your alien fiancé, spouse, child, parent or other family members for whom you wish to obtain a visa or other immigration benefit must reside in one of the SE Asian countries listed below or, we will not accept your case. We do not try to be all things to all people or, to be expert in the local procedures of every U.S. Embassy in the world.

Our firm's focus is on U.S. immigration from SE Asia only.

When problems arise in family based immigration cases, they almost invariably arise at the Embassy/Consulate level of processing. Our offices in Bangkok, Thailand and the United States allow us to closely monitor and supervise all aspects of your case from beginning to end.
